GSS to deploy in a different network addresses

I have version 3.1 and I have already used version 2.5. Many things have changed, but my main problem is that I have several groups of machines in different places and with different network addresses (both are physically isolated). This new version of ghost server now works with sql server and therefore it is not possible to assign a new ip address to be within the network that I need at any moment. For example in place 1 my network addresses are 10.1.100.0/24 and in place 2 my network addresses are 10.2.100.0/24, but my ghost server has the address 10.0.100.1/24 and it can't talk to client machines. How can i solve this problem to can deployment?
