Hello,
I have a question on the proper way of creating a Windows 10 Build 1607 image using an external USB Drive. Looking at the Ghost64.exe file it is currently at version 12.0.0.8023.
These are the switches I used to create the image
ghost64 -fdsp -ib -ntil -z9 -auto -NETEXACT
While I was able to create the Image and it backed up the 5 partitions of the Windows 10 system, when I went to restore this image back to the same system (Dell Optiplex 3040) I got an error about install3.sum. I was not able to save the error log since it wanted to save to A: drive and I accidently hit enter before figuring out the external drive was at D.
What I need to know is, is there ghost switches I need to use in order to restore the image back on the system? I am still trying to figure out if there are any issues with Windows 10 that I just restored.
I also noticed that WinPE says 4.0 in the window behind Ghost when I boot up using the bootable CD that I created using the Boot Disk Creator for Ghost Standrd Tools. I had loaded up the Windows ADK 5.1 so I'm not sure why this is still showing WinPE 4.0.
Thanks.
