No PXE Server under Status of PXE in PXE Configuration Utility

I have just installed GSS 3.1 on a Windows 2012 server and have followed the steps and watch the videos and must still be missing something. When I am looking at the PXE Configuration Utilty and I choose Open PXE Server only the default Shared Configuration shows up and when I go to the status tab I get none listed in the bottom.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to help fix this?
