Pulling an image results in an infinite blue screen loop

I need a solution

We have ghost 3.1 MP3 and I we created a working Windows 10 image.  After that we wanted to create a totally seperate image, but we wanted to use the first image as a "base" because it had the majority of what we needed to start with.  What we did was pushed the image to a PC, then made our changes and pulled it as a seperate ghost image.  When we push the image, it goes through all the motions like a normal ghost image does, but then when it tries to boot up the first time, it gets stuck in an infinite loop of Windows 10 blue screening.  The error claims something about "NTFS Error" or something similar.

After some research, our hypothesis is that it has something to do with trying to pull an already "sysprepped" image.  This I know has been a struggle for people in previous versions of ghost as well.  What I would like to know though is how we can create an image, then push that image to a machine, make some changes, pull it again as a totally seperate image and then start pushing that image to various other machines.  This is so that we don't have to start from scratch every time we want to make an image.

We already tried running some of the fixes for the "sysprep can only be ran 3 times on a machine" issue and that didn't seem to work.  Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
