Computer Properties Values not Populating

Good Afternoon,

I'm in the middle of transitioning from Altiris 6.9 to Ghost Solution Suite 3.1.  I'm running into a weird issue, my machine all ghost just fine and are working great.  However if I go in to check the properties on a machine some of them aren't showing things like how much RAM they have or their HD and space available etc.  Has anyone else run into this?  I added screenshot belows, but hoping someone may have encoutnered this.  Thank you!
